Flame Urban Spa Terms
Arrivals: Please try to arrive 10mins before your appointment time, this allows time to complete any required record cards and to allow time to relax before your therapist begins your treatment.
Treatment Record Cards: Consultation cards may be required for some treatments carried out. These will include some personal and medical questions necessary to ensure that treatments are suitable for your requirements. These are held in strictest confidence.
Skin test: It is now mandatory to carry out patch tests for every tint, perm and lash service 48 hours prior to your hair or beauty appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to be as flexible as possible and will endeavour to carry out a full treatment if able to, but may shorten it if this is not possible. If you need to cancel any part of your booking, please let us know 48 hours in advance, otherwise a charge may be made.
Missed Appointment: If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to re-schedule. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be charged. If an appointment is missed, the full price may be charged. If the appointment missed or cancelled is part of a course, then it will be counted as taken.
Courses & Vouchers: All courses and voucher payments are to be paid for on commencement. Courses must be taken within 12 months. Vouchers must be used within 6 months.
Treatment Duration: All treatment times are a guide only and include client preparation.
Loyalty rewards: Returning clients are rewarded for their loyalty in a number of different ways. Please enquire at Reception for further details.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit will be asked for when booking treatments to secure your appointment. This deposit can be redeemed on departure or kept on your flame account for future appointments.
Pamper Packages: These must be paid for at the time of booking, as therapists have to be booked out for a number of hours. Bookings are non-transferable or refundable.
Purchases: Any product purchases made can only be refunded if products are faulty
